APPLICATIONS:

This machine is designed for handling the turbine oil used in the steam engine, gas turbine and water turbine in the field of electricity, chemicals, paper making, metallurgical industries.

To meet customers’ special needs, we designed the following types of machines for different requirements and working conditions.

TY-A Automatic turbine oil purifier,
TY-M Mobile turbine oil purifier,
TY-E Ex anti-explosion turbine oil purifier.

Features:

1. This machine is combination of gravity method, gasification method, coalescence separation method, vacuum separation method, mechanical filtration.With the technology of vacuum drying and demulsification, it can not only separate a large mount of water from the oil, but also the small quantity of water. It is good at dewatering and demulsifying, making the turbid emulsified oil becomes crystal clear.
2. Moreover, this machine is equipped with vacuum evaporation system dewatering the small quantity of the water in the oil in order to make sure the quantity of the water in the oil. It will not change the physical and chemical quality of the oil, prolong the life of the oil.
3. This machine with a lower working noise meet the requirements of the environment.
4. Sophisticated multistage filter can effectively remove all kinds of mechanical impurities, having a large capacity for pollutant and long service life.
5.Advanced infrared liquid level control system, sound and light automatic alarm system and pressure protection device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
6. It can handling the turbine oil and low viscosity lubricants without nobody on duty.
