3.Product Description
1).The machine is used for welding and the combination,used for PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl profile welding for making window door.with programming control and pneumatic driving systems, it has the features of high reliability, large processing range and easy operation, the two heads can work individually, simultaneously and combinative.
2).This machine can weld about 25-50 pieces windows doors per day in 8 working hours., if you extend working time, it process more.
3).This machine, it is our common welding machine, if your profile is Europe profile, it is no problem, if your profile is America type profile,it needs to make backup moulds according to the profile sample, so if it is America type profile, it needs customer post the profile sample to us,then we make the moulds according to the sample.
4).If you profile thickness(hight) is higher than 110mm, and also want to use this common welding machine, we can make this double head welding machine specially to weld to 200mm height if you require,but it needs to customer pay some extra charge about this.
5). All machine parts, we use famous brand:

6). If you want to welding variable angle, it is no problem, we can add the variable angle device to this welding machine, but it needs customer pay some extra charge if customer require us to add this device.
