1.Descriptions:
This production line adopts the most advanced IG manufacture technology and craft in the world. It has all functions include inner assembly, outer assembly and different edge glass processed especially automatic output products in the overturn part. This production line can process same edge glass, different edge glass, and double insulating glass i.e. three layers glass with high efficiency .
1.Automatic discern the membrane of the coated glass and the low-emission glass, and digital play.
2.Static state put glass when add glass material, ensure safety in production.
3.The washing machine adopts stainless steel and other corrosion resistant material, good water proof ,security, hygiene, and long useful life.
4.Can clean 3~25mm thickness glass, wide sphere of application.
5.Reasonable combine the inner and out assemble glass. That can process same edge glass, different edge glass, and double insulating glass i.e.
three layers glass with high efficiency .
6.Adopts the world famous brand low-voltage apparatus, sensor and PLC, etc.
7.Adopts touch screen human-computer interface, easy to operate, and can self-diagnosis the equipment ?s fault with high degree of automation.
8.Treat the surface of plate guard through baking paint, powder coated. Appearance beauty and wear well.
9.The plate press part can be opened in large journey to max. 500mm, that easy to maintenance.
10.The dry part use circulation hot wind that ensure the dry effect for glass and reduce the noise.
