double glass machine IG line, is special equipment making aluminum groove type insulating glass.......Double glass machine IG line.
Brief introduction
This machine is specially designed for producing slot-alu insulating glass. It is composed of feeding section, washing-drying section, location section, assembling section, plate pressing section and shifting & tilting section.
Accomplishing the double glazing's cleaning, alu-frame locating, auto-assembling, flat-pressing and smooth shifting out.
Centre press on plate press section can ensure excellent effect.
PLC control, frequency stepless speed control, imported electrical parts.
Washing section for glass carrying is equipped with tension bridle device to fit requirement of high speed.
The overall structure of air knife, guilding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying effect of thick or thin glass.
The machine can be upgraded according to usersrequest.
