Waste tyre broken → automatic feed → catalytic cracking → oil water separation → cooling liquid → carbon black emission
→ carbon black processing → crude oil → flammable gas recovery → flammable gas combustion → desulfuration removal.

Safety
- Pressure gauge, alarming device, safe valve.
- We have anticlogging device, in case of jam, there will be antomatic alaiming, automatic exhaust and automatic decompression.
- Using 245R/345R boiler plate. The thickness of part by fire is 14/16/18mm, other parts is 12mm.
- Automatic welding, processing according to standard of head of pressure vessel.
- With proprietary vacuum system, it is much safer on condition of negative pressure.
Energy saving
- Exhaust gas recycle to furnace.
- Continuous feeding with automatic feeder, no gas leak.
Environmental protection
- Built-in slagging, seal with water, no solid pollution.
- With dust removal equipment there is no air pollution.

The machine itself cover 200-300 square meters(length 20-30M ; Width 15M).
Add raw material stay, carbon black stay, big oil tank zone ,workers rest room and simple office. At least 600-800square meters.
1.Quality warranty period:
One year warranty for the chamber of the distillation machines,and lifetime maintenance for complete set of machines. pay the double air tickets, accommodation and food.
2.According to the requirement of the buyer, our company sends engineers for installation and commissioning in buyer's site including the training of skills of buyer's workers on operation, maintenance, etc.
3. Supply layout according to buyer's workshop and land, civil works information, operation manuals, etc. to the buyer.
