SH Machinery industrial package machine paper production egg box tray equipment
Tiltering Seedling Tray Machine is a kind of pulp molding machine.
This model are SHF-1000/ SHF-1500/ SHF-2000, there are pulping, forming, drying, hot-pressing and packing systems in it.
If the machine works 10 hours a day, it will use materials 0.6-0.7/1.05-1.26/1.4-1.47 ton per day. (for example: 70g wet egg tray, capacity is 900-1000/1500-1800/2000-2100 pieces per hour )
This machine is controlled by PLC, highly automation, easily learned, convenient services, and can widely use in different business.
* Introduction
1. Pulping system:
We put the waste paper to pulper to make pulp, after some support equipment and 3 pulp pools, the pulp concentration will become 0.8%-1%.
2. Forming system:
In Forming system, forming machine and the support equipment make the pulp become the products.

3. Drying system
A. Single Brick Drying Line
Brick drying line posses lots of advantages, its structure is new, design is reasonable, low one-time investment, high heat efficiency, long life time, easy maintenance and safe service.
The fuel can be designed to steam, heat transfer oil, natural gas, coal gas, anthracite, low smoke firewood and coal, firewood, tree bark, bamboo etc. according to clients requirement.
B. Single Metal Drying Line
Metal Drying Line has beautiful appearance and easy for installation. It can be designed according to the productivity, type of products and factory layout as well as according to the local fuel such as steam, coal, natural gas and heat conduction.
The construction of single metal drying line is compact, reasonable and convenient for users maintain and adjust. It has adopted chain, chain wheel and tracked board as conveyor belt transmission, so it won’t occur drifting of belt conveyor.
