Basic assembling Unit
This machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen, automatic reject waster materails.
Hammer type crusher can take untreated pulp, semi treated pulp and treated pulp, with long-distance button to adjust wood pulp supplying amount.
The frame is made by reasonable and excellent square steel.
Contton core is formed in the one lane net wheel, cottton core consist of two tissue paper with one ply wood pulp in the center.
SAP and wood pulp are mixed with SAP spraying amount can be adjusted by long-distanceb button.
Embossment is conducted on cotton core with embossing pattern normally in net spuare type. Moreover, embossment shape can be producted by customers’ requests.
It is lining with guide-flow Non-woven fabric unit.
Cotton corre is cut off by cutter.
With protection-leakage unit, hot press style.
With elastic waistline unit.
With left and right waist tape adding unit to adjust the gap to incorporate with the different widths of L, M, S of production.
With frontal tape unit.
Machine is with elastic rubber band unwinding unit, among them, three PCS of elastic bands are equipped in two sides of cotton core, while two PCS of elastic bands are equipped in two side of protection-leakage.
Products are with arc-cutter.
Products are vertically holded, cut and molded after compressing.
Products are horizontally three folded or two folded.
Products are output in alignment.
