1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory.
2. What is the location of your company? How can I visit there?
1). Our factory is located in #711, Keji road, Cixi ,Ningbo, China
2). 2.5 hours' drive from Shanghai Pudong International airport, 1.5 hours' drive from Ningbo airport or Hangzhou airport.
3. Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
4. How can I get some samples?
1) . We are pleased to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost and samples fee, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2) . Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL,TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
5. What is the lead time for samples?
The samples will be shipped to you within 5 days normally.
6. What is the lead time for mass order?
In general, it is about 15 to 25days according to order.
7. What is your payment method?
For sample order, we accept Western Union or T/T(bank transfer), For bulk order, T/T(bank transfer) or L/C(letter of credit) is accepted.
8. Can I put my own logo on the products?
