1. We will provide mechanical and electrical support during installation and startup of the machine at customer's facility, and 4 weeks of time at customers' site for instalation assistance, startup and training.
2. We will provide support and warranty for a period of 1 year after installation is finished.
3. We could provide the service, which covers product’s design, raw material sourcing, fabrication, assembly and debugging, stated machine modification, products’ upgrade and the machine line maintenance.

And 2-4 weeks of time at customers site for installation assistance, startup and training. Provide support and warranty for a period of 1 year after installation is finished.

A4:Yes, we can. We have long term cooperation with many raw materials suppliers. They can provide us good quality and good price. This is in our service chain. Any other sources in this industry will be available from us.
Q5: If some spare parts are broken when the machine is running, what should I do?
A5: Please contact us at first time, we will confirm the drawing or specification of the parts with you and supply the spare part to you as soon as possible. Machine processing support from our own team.
