X, Y axis adopt heavy duty linear roller guides, its low coefficient of friction improves its drive positioning and dynamic accuracy.


GQ series, the small gantry adopts high rigidity rectangle ram slide guide-way, its rigidity is improved by twice. This kind of gantry is able to withstand the axial and radial cutting forces, the vibration force, which makes the cutting faster and more efficient.

With Integrated Combination of Beams and Columns

The previous gantry of six pieces is optimized for five ones. This can avoid assembly errors while improving the overall stability.

Wholly Supported Workbench Leads to More Stable Machining Accuracy.

The workbench,100% set on the supporting surface, can ensure uniform coefficient of friction during the movement and help achieve high stability, long service life as well as heavy cutting.

The machine is suitable for processing mold, round and square parts of boxes, its Y direction space use is more efficient. Because the workbench is set through the column, its width and Y direction path are increased by 25%.

High rigidity transmission parts

X/Y axis adopts roller linear guideway, comparing with the same specification VMC, its rigidity is improved by 20%. Roller screw and another moving parts are consistent with cnc gantry machine design standard.

1. Sign the contract

After the contract is signed, you shall give 30% payment as deposit, then the contract comes into effect. Our sales manager and engineers will follow up your order.

2. Arrange production

Mass production is managed when sales manager receive your contract by fax.

CNC milling machine is finished 15 days.

Vertical CNC gantry machining center 25 days, 

Gantry gantry machining center within 45 days.

Time will be delayed if need special accessories.

3. The delivery

According to the industry criteria, 70% payment should be paid after mass production is finished. Besides, we recommend you to choose wooden box packing to avoid and damage during the delivery.
