----Introuduce:
Suspended electromagnet iron remover consists of a magnet body welded steel construction and exciter aluminium coil. Suspended electromagnet iron remover suspends on the conveyor or over the head pulley and used in a wide variety of applications for the removal of occasional tramp iron. Suspended electromagnet iron remover can protect the subsequent processing machinery or provide cleaner product.
Control panel can be supplied with suspended electromagnet iron remover.
----Working principle:
When the electric current pass through the iron core,the energy of magnetic force is produced, then a high intensity magnetic field will be produced if the insulated wire coil is wrapped around an iron core.So when the electric current pass through the insulated wire coil a stronger magnetic field is generated. We can use the magnetic field to work, producing qualified electromagnetic separator to meet customer requirement.
