----Introuduce:
Suspension cross conveyor belt magnetic separator is composed of high-performance permanent magnetic core, iron discharging belt, reducer motor, frame, roll, etc, which can be combined with conveyers to remove 0.1~35kg iron from non-magnetic materials automatically.
Suspension cross conveyor belt magnetic separator usually suspend on the onveyor or over the head pulley.
Suspension cross conveyor belt magnetic separator can protect downstream important and in most cases very expensive equipments from being potentially damaged by tramp metal.
----Working principle:
When the material mixed in ferromagnetic impurities pass through the suspension magnetic iron separator,the ferromagnetic impurities will be absorbed and collected on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt,with the movement of the self cleaning belt,the ferromagnetic impurities will be out of the magnetic field,then release beyond the product flow automatically.

paper-making industry, building material industry, food industry, cement industry, coal-washing industry, chemical industry and so on.
