----Introduction:
The magnet system is adopted from high quality ferrite magnetic material and rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB magnet.
Wet type iron sand permanent magnetic separator machine is used for separation of iron ore,it is suitable for sorting the fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals.
----Work principle:
After the ore pulp flow into the magnetic separator chute,the ore will be processed by the magnetic drum separator and flow across the surface of the drum. As the magnetic drum rotates, all non ferrous product which is unaffected by the magnet falls free from the drum into the cleaned material flow. Any ferrous material is attracted by the magnetic field and held on the drum’s surface. As the magnetic drum rotates, the metal is carried and released outside of the magnetic field.
The drum can be equipped with three kinds of tanks. That is concurrent tank (Series CTS), counter-rotation tank (Series CTN) and counter-current iron sand magnetic separator for mining tank (Series CTB).
The concurrent tank (Series CTS) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~10mm.
The counter-rotation tank (Series CTN) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~0.6mm and the recovery of heavy-medium in coal preparation industry.
The counter-current tank (Series CTB) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~1mm.
