The GL series tire recycling machine have been designed for a wide array of applications and industries, suitable for shredding solid material such as e-waste, metal, wood, plastic, scrap tires, packaging barrel, pallets, etc.Depending on input material and the following process the shredded material can be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction.It is widely used in industry waste recycling, medical recycling, electronic recycling, pallet recycling, municipal solid waste recycling, plastic recycling, tire recycling, papermaking industry and etc.
3E's GL series scrap tire recycling machine has two rotors built into the machine that rotate at low speeds, high torque and low noise.Adopt sienmens logo microcomputer control system with function of start, stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.

Development
2003, 3E Machinery founded in Guangzhou and co-operated actively with American shredder company.

2007, Guangzhou ShouYu Rubber Processing Machinery Co., Ltd founded as a subsidiary, it focusing on the tire recycling and developed a tire recycling line with the capacity 26000 tons/year which is the biggest line in domestic markets. This recycling line had been fully approved by the experts.
2008, Guangzhou LianYu Machinery founded as a subsidiary and focused on plastic processing.
2009, Co-operated with ISVE Italy and set up ChangShu 3E Machinery Co., Ltd.
2010, 3E Group HK founded and kept on looking for good opportunity in the recycling market.
2011, The first waste refrigerator recycling line and the car shell recycling line had been produced, they successfully came to be the sample of the recycling market and awarded more than ten patents.
2013, 3E Machinery became Guangzhou privately operated technology company, Guangdong High and new technology company.

Customers will be briefed on all aspects relating to operation and maintenance by a 3E technician. Dimensional drawings together with service requirements will be provided prior to delivery of the equipment. This will allow the customer to prepare the site and allow them to commence production in a timely fashion.
l 3E holds a adequately inventory of spare parts and their efficient service personnel will ensure that any required part will be dispatched without delay. Delivery of the spare parts may be by air, sea or courier depending on the urgency of the situation. Customers are encouraged to hold their own critical spare parts such as granulator blades and screens to ensure optimal machine condition and performance.
