Tyre shredder :
The Tyre shredder from 3E Group is able to tear tires into pieces with a size of 50*50 mm or above for further treatment. The equipment comes with a variety of sizes. The size of the input materials ranges from 0.4m to 2m. For clients who need small production capacity (200 kg/h) or large production capacity (5-10 ton/h) and those who want to handle tires with a diameter of 1.2-2 m, proper shredding equipment types can be chosen according to their requirements.
The GL series shredders have been designed for a wide array of applications and industries, suitable for shredding solid material such as e-waste, metal, wood, plastic, scrap tires, packaging barrel, pallets, etc.Depending on input material and the following process the shredded material can be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction.It is widely used in industry waste recycling, medical recycling, electronic recycling, pallet recycling, municipal solid waste recycling, plastic recycling, tire recycling, papermaking industry and etc.
3E's series Tyre shredder has two rotors built into the machine that rotate at low speeds, high torque and low noise.Adopt sienmens logo microcomputer control system with function of start, stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.
Tyre shredder(GLR32120) Application:
The Tyre shredder is suitable for crushing the big solid material like television, washing machine, shell of refrigerator, big size pipe, pipe fittings, forklift splint, tyres, packing barrel, aluminum, copper and steel less than 5mm.

Feature
The double driving machine of the two shaft shredding machine has higher torque and lower speed. The motors are controlled separately, so the speed difference is easier to achieve. At the stage two, the motors can rotate reversely and individually, thus the production capacity will be increased by 15%. The less reversing rotating times also means longer service life of the motors.
Hydraulic arm is installed on the hopper to forcibly press the recycled material into the cutter.
Various kinds of blade are available for the Tyre shredder, including alloy steel material that is suitable for overlay welding. High alloy steel materials that is not suitable for overlay welding, and cutters with removable cutter head, etc.

Delivery of the spare parts may be by air, sea or courier depending on the urgency of the situation. Customers are encouraged to hold their own critical spare parts such as granulator blades and screens to ensure optimal machine condition and performance.
