Portable Design Cervical Neck Retractor
Instruction:
NECKDOC is composed of 3 parts -- Door Bracket, Traction part and Head harness.
Reduces cervical stress and tension, and provides adjuvant therapy for cervical disease.
Portable, simple and small, light(650g), strong tension/traction (0-15 KG)
The design and the usage:
1. Please secure the brackets by the either of the following methods.
•Door bracket. Adjust Door Bracket to fit doors thickness by shims. The door bracket must be mounted tight on the door.
•Wall bracket( may be purchased separately). Drill a hole 8mm diameter and 60mm depth on a load-bearing wall, and secure the bracket on the wall by an expansion Bolt and bind the bolt.
2. Assemble Traction part to the secured bracket.
3. First, sit in a chair with your back against the door. Then place the
NeckDoc head harness around the head.
4. Pull down on tension to assume a tension/traction of comfort.
5. If the tension/traction is too strong, please engage release tab on ratchet to release the cord.
