PES Pleated Cartridge
TANVI PES pleated cartridge is consist of asymmetry PES membrane from GERMANY
“MEMBRANA” and import diversion layers and the production process including pleat, edge seal
for filter material, fix outer cover of core and welding end cover without any adhesive and non-fiber-releasing. This kind of filter cartridge can be used to depth filtrate of fluid, and as the
pretreatment and filter unit this cartridge is very popular in the filter industry. It plays an important
role in the media filtration and water treatment industries, such as pharmaceutical industry, chemical
industry, energy industry and environmental industry. PES membrane micropore pleated filter
cartridge (pleated filter cartridge) is the core part to guarantee the filter fineness, which consist
of PES membrane, support layer, cage and seal rings etc.
PES pleated cartridge widely used as remove particles and remove bacteria in electronic
high-purify water and electronic chemicals, bio-pharmaceutical and food & beverage,
such as draft beer filtration and grape wine sterile filtration.
