1.1 TLSS series horizontal screw coneyer is a kind of mechanical conveying equipment of fixed device.It is applicable to the horizontal conveying of pellet or powder grain oil-bearing material,feed,etc,or to the inclind(nearly horizontal,inclined angle≤20C)conveying.The total conveying length can generally reach 40m.
1.2 TLSS series screw conveyer is not applicable to materials which have corrosivity and strong viscosity,are easy to agglomerate and contain too large impurities,or to where surrounding temperature is lower than -20ºC or higher than 50ºC and temperture of materials being conveyed exceeds 200ºC.It is not applicable to convey the material with coarse surface such as grain and the material easy to break such as rice.
1.3 TLSS series screw conveyer has the following features:
(1) Suspended bearing utilizes the oil-containing bearing for machine tool,simplifying the lubrication.
(2) All except wall bearing utilize the oil-containing bearing for machine tool,simplifying the lubrication.
(3) Wall bearing housing at the outlet end adopts a simple dust-isolating structure with is safe and reliable.
(4) The screw body has left-revolving and right-revolving types and so on.The inlet end and outlet end of wall bearing houseing can be interchangable,resulting in good technological flexibility.
(5) A split connecting bushing is employed.When disassembling and assembling the screw shaft,all bearings need not be removed for convenoence of rapair.
