DENYKEM  XYLANASE POULTRY  is an enzyme preparation produced using a strain of Trichoderma reesei. Its main activity is endo-xylanase. It also contains other activities such as ß-glucanase, cellulose(endo-1,4, ß-glucanase) and amyloglucosidase which make the preparation very efficient in the digestion of plant material.

 

The key enzyme activity endo-xylanase enables specific breakdown of cell wall structures such as insoluble and soluble arabinoxylans primarily found in wheat, rye and triticale as well as in by-products generated from processing these grains.

 

Mode of action and benefits in poultry

Result s below show the positi ve influenc e of denykem xylanase poltry in broilers and turkeys. Due to the effect ive breakdown of cell wall structures, nutrient s in the diets we re utilised more efficiently, whi ch is demonstrated by improved feed conversion.

 

A digestibility tr ial was carried out with laying hens at 20 week s of age at the Univ ersity of Kaposvár, Hungary. The hens were fed mixed-cereal diets without or with DENYKEM XYLANASE POULTRY . Apparent digestibilities of dry matter, crude protein and crude fibre were increased, as was AM E (P<0.05).

 

DENYKEM XYLANASE POULTRY results in:

Formulation: decrease dietary ME by up to 150kcal/ kg and adjust specific amino acids,

as recommended, when using DENYKEM XYLANASE POULTRY in wheat- based poultry diets

 

Pelleting stability

 

DENYKEM XYLANASE POULTRY is intrinsically thermostable, Results of three independent tests at Kolding Biotechnology Institute in Denmark demonstrate that pelleting even after steam conditioning up to 950C for 30 seconds does not lead to any loss of activity.

 

Packaging and Storage

 

Keep in dry warehouse ,At a optimum temperature of 20 degrees is recommeded.The annual loss of activity is no more than 10% in correct storage conditions.

Standard Package: Packaging in 1 kg or 10kg  polyester bags  and 50kg  sealed drums.
