Composite Biodegradable Plastic Extrusion Line:
1.Double screw feeder system with measurement unit ensure steady plasticization and output ;
2.Barrel adopt spiral copper pipe for forced cooling structure which precisely control the temperature and cool down the material extruder and effeciently prevent the material from overheating;
3.The spacial screw design make the material mix and plasticize evenly;
4.Die face cutting and air cooling are adopted to achieve continual granulating ;
5.Vibrating and spiral drying tower equipped on line make the material granuale dry quickly and pack automaticly .
