Introduction

GTP series single-phase off-grid inverter to consist of 3 functional modules: solar controller, pure sine wave inverter and insolated transformer. The controller adapts MPPT technology and intelligent battery management design which is very efficient and smart; integrated pure sine wave inverter and low frequency isolated transformer makes it with excellent overload performance, suitable for a variety of electrical appliances. It supports mains/generator input, take advantages of old diesel generators, saving initial investment and operation maintenance cost.

GT take the quality into consideration prior. The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.

Q5. If the goods in transit damage, how to do? 

First of all, we will use stable packing, the possibility of the goods damaged during the shipping is low. If the goods is damaged  during shipping, and we covered the insurance, we will claim the insurance company and let them cover the loss. If there is no insurance cover, we will claim the shipping company and some times, we cover the loss of the goods for client.

Q6. Can we design packaging? 

Yes, but there is with quantity limitation. We will make the packing free for the client, and if less , we can talk, the package is free or little money will be charged.

Q7. Can we add our logo on products? 

Yes, there are several ways to do this.  We can put the label of your logo on the products or make the silk print of your logo on the products. It is free.

Q8. can we customize product? 

OEM and ODM are welcomed  from  GT. We have rich experiences in this area.

Q9. What is your company return policy? 

If we GTbreaks the contract of any agreement on price, quality and any other terms and conditions on the contract, the buyer can return the goods back to us and we will send the money back to buyers. Force majeure and god act are excepted.
