Introduction
GTP series solar system consist of the solar panels,low-frequency inverter,controller,battery ,cables and PV bracket.The solar inverter adopted the most advanced technology and the latest net-work communication technology, giving a perfect power solution for your restrict requirements. It is small, light weight and high efficiency. In inverter state, it is almost no noise. Inverter integrated with PWM technology, and its voltage is fully sine wave output, suitable for capacitive load, inductive load and nonlinear mixed load. Also, its efficiency is 10% higher than that of other inverters; protection functions are perfect, such as overload, short circuit, battery voltage over-high or over-low, these will not cause your machine breakdown. By RS232 communication port, the inverter and power status could be monitored from the connected PC, to understand the working data, setting invreter off, monitoring the working parameters, and to expand functionality for remote network monitoring (via SNMP ADAPTER). It can meet a variety of solar power systems.

Working Principle
The solar inverter will be used in a solar system, which is including solar panels, solar inverter, solar controller and battery. In this system, the output mode is inverter priority (battery priority). When battery voltage is low, it will switch to mains output mode, and continue to drive the loads.
The inverter with AC charger, when inverters switch to bypass mode, solar charge controller and AC charger charge the battery at the same time. AC charger current is 1A-20A. It is made to protect the battery, prevent the battery to be empty. So the battery is mainly charging by controller all the time.

Installation
1) Open the package and you will find:
1 set inverter;User’s manual;Product warranty card;RS232 line connection and monitoring software CD (which is optional accessory)

2) Placement
Indoor use and more than 2.5 cm should be left around the room for air circulation
Ø avoid direct sunlight
Ø avoid overheat
Ø avoid humidity or liquid
Ø avoid dust
3) Battery installation
Connect the battery with an external battery connection jack (labeled EXT BATTERY),the other end of the external battery cable box connected to the battery junction box,connector models refer to the table below:
4) Mains connection
Input connected to the single-phase three-wire inverter with a ground connection rafts, to avoid connection with an extension and conversion.
5) Battery charging
Right to the battery as long as the inverter, the rated voltage electricity access, in order to take full advantage of battery, charge for 12 hours before using.
6) Connecting to loadings
After the load plate into output sockets of the inverter's back board, if inverter use as a master control switch, set all load switch open.
Instruction
1) Power on
Inverter well-connected, press the "ON" button, when hear the buzzer called 4 times, the inverter is launched and can supply power to the load.
2) Power off
Press the OFF button to switch off the inverter. The inverter use the open key as the master switch of the device protection. This is very convenient.
Notice: when there is electricity and the inverter's input power cords insert into the outlet, the inverter already work.
3) LCD display various states of the inverter. (As shown)
Ø When inverter is in normal state, the load is powered from the inverter:
The LCD display frequency and output voltage and percent of battery
Ø When the battery is discharged and change to the bypass state:
The LCD display input/output ac voltage, percent of battery and percent of loads
Ø When user don’t want alarm sound, please set it with the Real Silent Button
Monitoring software
1) Software
Under the circumstances of unattended state, the intelligent monitor software can record inverter events, and notify to shutdown, control, and auto wake up. The software is suitable for most of OS.A RS-232 cable is attached. For more information, please refer to the manuals inside the software CD.
2) Interface device
For inverter control features built-in computer system, interface device can receive your inverter to your system. Each device includes the appropriate interface cable, to
convert the inverter state signals into the signal that the system can recognize.
