Introduction of Professional Factory Manufacture Top Quality Automatic Wood Carbonization Furnace and Carbonization Stove
1. The stove usually consist of 2 walls, we put the product in the inner space and close it, then we light the fire between the inner part and the external wall, to cook the product and carbonize it, the space which we call it the core is the inner part, usually we light the fire for 2-3 hours, then when temperature reach 450 we put out the fire, then leave it to cool down for 10 hours, then we open the core and take the carbonized product out.
2. The selfignite one carbonize the wood in a traditional way, it needs 24 hours to carbonize; and the gas flow one using the heat of the gas cycling inside the stove, as to shorten the producing time, it only need 8 hours to carbonize.
