Folding and Cutting Section | Thickened Floor standing wallboard structure(Full steel plate) so that the machine is running at high speed without vibration. With automatic left-right stagger counting system, each stack of 50sheets, 100sheets, 200sheets etc. adjustable. With variable speed hand wheels to control web tension. With slitting blades on the top of the machine to cut the tissues, sizes adjusted flexibly. With Static Eliminator to prevent static from tissue paper tansferring to machine and operator. |
Full Embossing Section | With 2 set of steel-to-rubber embossing rollers(Pattern provided by client) Embossing units installed in a complete Thickened Floor-standing wallboard structure(Full steel plate), to ensure high speed running NO vibration. Controlled by NEW design level-type pneumatic system copied Italy technology, not traditional old design controlled by screws or direct-pressing cylinders. |

Printing Section | With single color(2 sets) flexo-graphic printer section. 2, 3, 4 colors optional. Printing unit with driven by timing belts to make printing more precise. Between printing color to color location which will accept ±1-2 mm tolerance. With New Register device, Register adjustment color to color position will use 360° rotation speed modulators device which is easy to adjust. Simple and easy adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal registration by turning hand wheel. |

Unwind stand | 2 unwind stands, controlled pneumatic cylinders, with feeding belts. With pneumatic system to load the jumbo rolls automatically. With paper web tension control systems to adept the machine to jumbo rolls of different quality and gsm. Equipped with hand wheel or independent motor to adjust the jumbo roll to the left/right. Equipped with sensors to dectect the jumbo roll, if finished, machine will automatically alarm and stop. Auto Web tension control system is optional. Auto edge guiding system is optional. |
