PP melt blown/meltblown/spun filter cartridge making machine/ production line is a machine that used to produce pp melt blown/meltblown/spun filter cartridges which are widely used both in household water purifier and industrial wastewater pretreatment. And the principle of this machine is as below:
There are two kinds of PP melt blown/meltblown/spun filter cartridge making machine/ production line, one is adopting roots blower as the pressure –driven system; the other is using air compressor with air tank. Whatever both principle is similar as below:
Auto Feeder feeds 100% new drawing class polypropylene into Extruder. Then pp materials are melt by heating through Extruder. Roots Blower or Air Compressor and Air Tank blows the air into Air Heater and then the heated air will blow the liquid melted polypropylene materials through the Nozzle Heads (with hundreds of small holes in the mold), and finally threaded materials arrive at the spindle ofWinding Device. Winding Device rotates and forms filter cartridges. Then formed pp melt blown filter get off the spindle and reach to Auto Cutter. Auto Cutter cuts them according to the required length upon customers’ requirement.
2016 PP melt blown/meltblown/spun filter cartridge making machine/ production line includes:
1.Auto feeder: This is used to deposit the pp raw material
2. Controller: This is used to provide electricity and show the temperature and adjust the speed
3. Extruder: This is used to melt the pp raw material into liquid pp.
4. Mold: This is used to make the liquid pp blowed out of the small holes in the mold and then liquid pp comes into the pp fiber under the hot air flow(the air flow comes out from air heater), The air heater in installed under the extruder.
5/6.Air compressor or roots blower: This is used to provide pressure and air flow, we call this air pressure driven system
7. Inside air heater: This is used to heat the air from roots blower or air compressor
