Filter Application
PP yarn winding filter cartridge is mainly used in the field of water purification, Beverage, foodstuff, Chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, environmental protection etc. It's a dedicated machine the winding of different yarns.
Machine Description
Regarding the pp string wound filter making machine, we mainly have 3 types as below.
1. PP string wound filter making machine with disk control
2. PP string wound filter making machine with AC drive control

l Use magnetic disk as the media to control the tension and speed of the winding, need to change gears and belts to change patterns. by adjusting the distance between disks to change the speed. l 60 seconds to produce one PP filter on the basis of 10’

l Use AC drive (frequency converter) and Stepping motor, can change the winding speed by a spin button, no need to change gears and belts, just input the gear ratio number into the table to change patterns. l It only costs 35 seconds to produce one PP filter on the basis of 10’’ |
