Product Application
Introduction：
Auto air duct production line III is composed of feeding rack, leveling grooving machine, punch sharp and square opening oil press, hydraulic shearing machine, and hydraulic folding machine. The electric control part adopts computer control and the control system has closed loop feedback system so that the production precision and stability is improved obviously. The maximum working speed is 16m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm and the diagonal tolerance is±0.8mm. The advantages of this production line are with high degree of automation, saving labors, high efficiency, saving material etc. And it’s very suitable for mass production of ventilation pipe.
Basic equipments：
1. Electric feeding rack 1pc (2620*1850*1450mm)
2. Leveling grooving device one group
3. Hydraulic angle cutting machine four sets including moulds
4. Hydraulic shearing device and hydraulic bending device
5. Computer and control system and one set of production software
Features：
Sizing material can be directly with the computer with the use of plasma cutting ingenuity.
a. C or S plug-in bone shear angle, can be used with the C bone and S bone reel machines.
b. Various TDF flange connection method to locate the shear angle, and TDF flange machine, only with the used of TDF.
c. All kinds of shear angle iron flange or word flange used shear angle. And can break out of “∟” and “□”with the oriental bone joint opening machine configuration, and the complete air duct.
To be completed by TDC shear angle and cutting flange bending, such as productionwind pipe. With Oriental bone interface machine and cutting flange configured to use, the complete air duct.
