1.This machine is suit for diverse complexity products processing, wide functions;
2.Both the steel table-frame and gantry are manufactured to the highest standard, ensuring outstanding rigidity. All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable, and quiet Taiwan Delta Servo motors which provide plenty of torque and power.
3.The X and Y axes run on linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability.
4.Intelligent protection table: to prevent misoperation or damage to the table caused by software errors.Intelligent processing crossborder protection is to prevent the mechanical impact phenomenon caused by the excessive design layout then processing format.
5.Cutting is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with CNC’s 6-10 tool static rack it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze. Drilling is performed by Nine vertical driller.
6.Materials are held down with a powerful vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the CNC dust extraction system. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec CNC controller.
7.Automatic oil-injection system allows the machine maintenance mush easier.
8.Germany IGUS high soft and famous brand electric cables with high abrasion, fold, high temperature, acid or alkali resistance.
9.This machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure and it can estimate the processing time.
