Feature:
1.Hydraulic sheet plate clamping system with nylon inserts to protect metal from indentation from
the clamp cylinders along full length of hydraulic shear machine.
2.SNC 18 system widely used in shear machine, provides up to 1000mm travel on the screw back gauge
allowing operator to program shear length as required.Cutting stroke counter & cutting stroke adjustment dial
allowing shorter materials to be cut by using short stroke length,which can increase hydraulic shear machine cutting production.
3.Simplified gap adjustment blade to allow for a variety of materials
4.Balls inserted into hydraulic shear machine's work table allowing plate to be moved to the shear position easily .
5.Hydraulic shear machine top shear blade made from Inox and has two(2) cutting edges allowing minimized downtime in blade rotation.
6.Hydraulic shear machine bottom shear blade made from Inox and has(4) cutting edges allowing minimized downtime in blade rotation.
7.Stress of welded parts be eliminated by throw pill machine.Good rigidity and stability of hydraulic shear machine.
