Performance and Feature:

1.Adoption of wheeling mould for shaping at one time, so simple, stable and reliable
2.The transmission system consists of shaft, gearbox and synchronous belt. Each working unit are driven by the system of universal joints which minimize shortage due to gearing system, so as to make transmission smoother.
3.The conveyer belt is integrated with frame structure, thus keeping belt in line with proucts,so smooth and accurate.
4.Integral design for gearbox and differential mechanism, which achieve energy-saving and rational 5.performance, and make it possible to adjust the phase in dynamic state.
6.Auto consant-tension winding system; auto to joint without lowering down processing speed.
7.Air-suction system for changing product transmission direction by 90o, besides, the gap adjuster works to keep on-line productsneat and order in line.
8.SAP applied at constant amount and at set position, or in a mixed way.
9.Both thermo-sealing & cutting and air exhaust mechanism areused to make the pouch packing a good looking.
