The feature of VCR
1. Application:
The cold room is used for storage and processing .
2. The components of panel:
The polyurethane cold storage board is foamed by high pressure mould and with density of 42kg per cube meters .
3. Application of each size ( thickness) polyurethane panels
3.1. Retain freshness : -5℃~5℃ ( 100mm)
3.2. Refrigeration : -15℃~-5℃ (100mm)
3.3. Freezing: -25℃~-15℃ (150mm)
4. Door: hinged-type and sliding type, usually, the small cold room use hinged-type and sliding-type use in large cold room.
5. Ceiling type air cooler, when you install the cold room, the air cooler is installed on the top where is the best way for spread the cool air.
6. VCR cold room series adopts integrated system, it’s easy to install and operate.
7. The time of freshness of storing is long with high economic efficiency. It’s safe and reliable when working time is long and no need to care.
8. The Cold room adopts full automatic control system. With the function of temperature setting, temperature control, and automatic defrosting, it can control the temperature accurately.
9. The appearance of VCR looks like a container, which application is widely and can load 5-100tons food, such as ice, fruits, fish and vegetables.
10. Installation:
Combine panels piece by piece--- hang the air cooler on the panel wall ---Charge refrigerant ---weld refrigeration unit and air cooler with coppers----Install electrical box connect with power-------finish
We will test and install the equipment before shipping; you need to be ready for connecting power. The operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation. Meanwhile, if you need us send our engineer for installation; you need to afford the tickets, accommodation and food for the engineer, free of charge within 5days for installation. Beyond 5 days,we will charge $100 per day for service.
