 1, General Introduction

 1,This flack ice machine is not only effective in refreshing vegetable,fruit ,and some seafoods,but also can be apply on the processing of fish meat products through it`s blast cooling. moreover, this equipment can be used in chemical dyes,fermentation technology,concret,and mining.

2. Air-cooled type flake ice machine is all in one design, every part will be assembled well, and the refrigerant gas will be fully charged.

3. Packing: in plywood case for the machinery units, cooling tower and other parts are loaded by C.K.D.

4. Terms of Payment: T/T. 50% of total value as advanced payment, the 50% balance should be paid before shipping.

5. Installation: We will test and install the machine before shipping; you need to be ready for connecting the water pipes and power. The operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation. Meanwhile, if the buyer needs us to send engineer for installation in your place, the buyer affords the tickets, accommodation and food for the engineer, free of charge within 5 days for installation.

6. Warranty period: 12 months for the machine after delivery. The spare parts are provided with machine free of charge.Once the machine is out of work, you can send us pictures or video about the fault, we will mail you the solution to solve problems within 24 hours. Or we also can send one engineer to your place for door to door service. If the parts is broken and proved by our engineer for non-personal reason, we will offer free parts to replace within guarantee period; if it is beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.
