Installation Sequence and Control Operation
The operation of Air Cannon is very flexible; you can adopt manual or electric, single or block fire, or automatic time fire and so on controlling methods. When operating, open the manual ball valve and gas will enter into tank automatically. When needing to shot fire, you can press the activate button, and give an impulse electric signal to shuttle valve. The air cannon can spout strong impact airflow through exhaust port. It can restore to the vented condition after releasing energy automatically, and finish next working circle at any moment.

Can't be inflated 1. Check whether the air inlet hole of the cylinder is blocked or not.
2. Clean the cylinder or change the nylon ring.3. Exclude the water and dirt.4. Check the pipeline of air source is smooth or not.
Can't exhaust 1. Check electric fault and solenoid valve.
2. Check whether the piston is movable or not
3. Clean the cylinder and change the nylon ring.
4. Change the multilayer rubber plate on the top of the piston
Releasing less energy 1. Check and add more pressure of air source.
2. Extend the inflation time properly.
3. Exclude the water and dirt in tank.
4. Clean the cylinder and change the nylon ring.
Speed of the gas charging is slow 1. Change the pipeline.
2. Add the air pressure displacement.
3. Look for reason of air frustration and resolve it.
4. Check whether the piston and the exhaust port is sealed or not.
