Specifications:
Air cannon known as the block clearer is the special device for solving problems of clogging. It can be installed on the hopper to remove material arching and blocking. It is widely used in many industrial fields such as coal, metallurgical, chemical, thermal power, cement and so on.

Air cannon parts function:
1, cannon body
Store air. According to the G150-98 Steel Pressure Vessel, this product is designed, manufactured, tested and accepted. It is supervised by Pressure Vessels Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation issued by the Ministry of Labor. Cannon body is made of Q235-B steel plate. Mainly adopt automaticly submerged are welding and carbon dioxide are welding for steel plate welding. After X-ray crack detection, mechanical properties test, water pressure test for strength and blasting performance test, itis qualified and safe for use.
2,Outrigger or rings

3,Water discharge Machine:
In the course of time water and oil may be accumulated in the body. Unload the screwed plug wire then blocking dirt can be discharged out.
4, Safety valve:
It is spring-loaded safety valve, whose start pressure is 0.4-.08Mpa(users can self-adjust). If there is a reliable safety valve on the air source, the safety valve on the cannon may be canceled.
5,Piston:
It's made of nylon 66, and is seated by its piston ring. There're a number of rubber plates at the top of the piston. there is a spring at the rear of the Pistons, so that Piston's reduction acticities can buffer spring in order to prevent materials entering the Piston and cannon body.
6.Solenoid valve:
It is the main components in air-cannnon's action which can be prepared in accordance with the user's requirement.Remarks:air control valve and explosion-proof solenoid valve are used under ground while the effect is the same.
7. Cylinder:
Adopet alloy steel, and is manufacutred by the advanced coating technology.
8.Pistion Rubber Seat:
Rubber seat is added to the rear pistion to ensure that the compressed spring is not overloaded, to keep flexible energy of the spring.
9.Asbestos rubber gasket:
Play the role of pressing and sealing.
10. Sealing surface:
The cannon exhuast pipe end in the body with specialized technology and equipemnt for grinding, good sealing performance, preventing leaking when store air, energy conservation, ensures the air pressure in the cannon body so that make sure the impact effct when it's blasting.
