Centrifuge
Centrifuge is the key equipment in processing supermini harmful solid in drilling fluid, it can separate or recovery solid which granularity is bigger than 5 μm and rapidly recover the density so as to speed up drilling process. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for drilling deep well an level well.
1. Application:
1) Used for the fourth stage separation equipment of the drilling fluid solid control system, which is used in drilling and horizontal wells.
2) Used for municipal effluent treatment, fine separation processing system of chemical system
2. Characteristic:
1). Big length/diameter ratio and high separation factor can ensure complete subsiding of ultra-fine grains in drilling fluid.
2). The blow material is made of high-quality stainless steel and has high corrosion-resisting properties.
3). All interior screws adopt suspension structures and are inland with carbide alloy with high abrasion resistant
4). High/mid – speed centrifuge can be supplied completely.
