According to API 5D Standard,made of TPCOOur Drill Pipes are sold to domestic oil fields and mines, and exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc.
Drill Pipe, Casing and Tubing: Two advanced tubing and casing thermal treatment production lines, pipe end thickening unit and complete detection devices are applied to produce N80, L80, P110 and Q125 high grade steel tubing/casing of 2-3/8 13-3/8 and G105 and S135 drill pipe of 3 5. Seven advanced production lines have been established in tubing and casing processing workshops to process tubing, casing, coupling and sieve tube with the size of 60.3508mm and grade of J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 and Q125. Special tubes for viscous crude oil production, gas-tight screw and anti-H2S use and small casing for lateral well use can also be processed.
1) OD: 2 7/8", 3 1/2", 4", 4 1/2", 5" 5-1/2"
2) Steel Grade: E75, X95, G105, S135
3) Type of end finish: EU-external upset, IEU-internal & external upset
4) All drill pipe are made according to API 5D
5) We can provide in many conditions, with or without hard banding (Arnco100, Arnco300, tungsten carbide etc).
