1. Application

It’s a mechanical slip packer which is mainly used for oil extraction by layer, mechanical plugging and other constructions.

2. Structure and Work Principle:

It’s mainly composed of self-lock packer and oil pipe compensator.

Self-lock compensation packer is supported by single slip. Lifting, rotating and lowering column to realize sealing. Barrel is self-locked and shear pin of compensator is cut off. Column above compensator recovers to hanging weight situation and deformation is eliminated to pump oil normally. Lift the string to realize unsealing.

3. Characteristics

a. Rubber barrel is above slip to avoid covered by sand.

b. Integrated technology, simple structure and convenient operation.

c. The self-lock mechanism of rubber barrel and oil tube compensator eliminates the influence on the output of small diameter pump cause by string deformation after packer setting. Prolong the validity and efficiency of mechanical plugging and oil extraction.

d. Seal is easy and tube bending is eliminated. Also avoid packer loose effectiveness because of the creeping.
