1. Application
Y342 packer is used for water injection by layer, high pressure injection, acidification, plugging and so on.
2. Structure & Work Principle
Y342 packer is mainly composed of power mechanism, sealing assembly, sealing locking mechanism, flushing valve assembly, and unsealing mechanism and so on. When sealing the packer, high pressure fluid pushes the flushing piston upward to seal the flushing channel of inner and outer center tube. Meanwhile, the sealing piston is also pushed upward to drive the locking casing and rubber barrel seat go upward to compress rubber barrel and make it radically deformed. At the same time, slip ring goes into the locking sawtooth to lock the radically deformed barrel and makes the casing annulus always sealed by packer.
When back flushing, high pressure fluid gives force to the piston by water inlet above sealing section and pushes it go down to open the channel. High pressure water enters casing annulus below sealing barrel through channel between outer and inner central tubes and goes out of the earth from the bottom ball seat.
Turn the column positively and pull it to realize unsealing.
3. Characteristics
1) Y342 packer is unsealed by turning the column, so it will not be influenced by creeping and ensures its warranty.
2) Y342 packer is installed balancing piston.
