Rotary type cookware pan pot bottom induction heating machine is a hightech equipment which developed by our engineers through absorbing the advanced technology of same kind heating machine at home and abroad.
This machine mainly used for cookware(stainless steel pan, pot, boiler, kettle) pre-heating before multi-layer compound bottom pressure welding. and working together with the friction press machine, and controlled by several sets microcomputer.
The device uses a rotary structure, and six workpiece support head are distributed uniformly on the cast aluminum turntable, turn the dial every 60-degree angle; and pneumatic lifting; This device equipped with four or five induction heads and each pan bottom has four to five times heating.
Cookware bottom Induction Heating machine advantages:

compared with straight type compound pan/pot bottom heating machine, rotary cookware bottom heating machine has the following advantages:
1. Each pot was heated by a plurality of induction heads several times, each induction head can be adjusted to the size of the different stalls, thus more uniform heating, the temperature difference between the center and the edge is very small, all the pot heating effects are basically the same, so as to ensure the fight quality end;
2. operation of the workers can stay in a fixed position, do not pick and place workpiece back and forth; the device automatically cycle work, do not put away after each pot raise pressing the start button, the workers can work sitting in a chair, greatly reduces the labor intensity;
3. Pick and place workpiece are carried outside of the turntable, giant slalom space, easy to pick and place the pot , pot height unrestricted, wide application;
