Cookware compound bottom heating machine mainly used for the preheating before compound pan bottom pressure welding, and working together with the friction press machine, and then finish the pressure welding process of compound metal, and this process also called “bottoming”. The heating power supply and the machine are both controlled by microcomputer, and this cookware bottom heating equipment is an electric, mechanical and pneumatic integrated high-tech equipment controlled by several sets microcomputer.
It is mainly consists of three parts:
1. Heating power supply
2. Heating machine tool.
3. Water cooling system

The power supply using the advanced solid state high frequency technology, mainly consists of step-down transformer, rectifier bridge, flat wave filter,inverter bridge, tank capacitance etc.
heating machine tool technical parameters:
Mainly consists of turntable, protractor, induction head, electric motor, pneumatic cylinder and its components etc..
Brief Introduction of Cooling System:
The equipment adopts water-water cooling system, with external water (natural water) cooling internal water (pure water), internal water closed circulation cooling equipment.
