1.Product introduction:

Protein adhesive is biological matrix thermosetting synthetic adhesive which is made from soybean protein. The productive process does not use formaldehyde, so the product is the real meaning of formaldehyde-free products. It can completely replace the urea-formaldehyde glue in the field of manufacturing multilayer 

board and MDF and etc.

4,Storage requirements:

This product should be stored in dry and ventilated room which avoids direct sunlight and antifreeze. It should be transportation and storage at 0-40 °C. Packing for 50KG plastic drum.

5,The use of technology and parameters 

1. Applicable species: poplar, eucalyptus, birch, fir plywood and other wood production. 

2. Drying: General veneer moisture content of 8% to 14% 

3. Glue: glue amount is generally 330g/m2 ~ 360g/m2 

4. Cold press: Pressure 0.8Mpa ~ 1.0Mpa, time 1h ~ 2h 

5. Hot press: Pressure 0.9Mpa ~ 1.2Mpa, temperature 110-115 °C, time 65s/mm ~ 75s/mm 

6. Resistant to boiling experiments: boiling water 4 hours, sheet no cracking, no change in strength after drying
