Application suggestion:

Without using this glue under -10 °C , high-temperature environments (ambient temperature is above 40 °C), will greatly reduce the pot life of the product. If the ambient temperature is too low, place component B 

above 5°C for one night before mixing two component is suggested.

Supporting the use of the whole barrel is generally recommended, if only some of the products used, weighing 

two-component, should be accurate and correct.

Application procedure:

Substrate preparation 

The foundation must comply with standards laid artificial turf lawn  preparation

Before laying the lawn, first spread the entire volume lawn, paved dry for several hours or more, in order to eliminate 

the winding package generated internal stress.

Two component mixing:

Pouring component B into component A, mixing color uniformity to construction.

Scratch adhesive:

Using the tooth-shape gray knife to scratch glue evenly on the special interface(or clean and dense cement foundation), the normal temperature , dry for 10-40 minutes for bonding.

Paste artificial turf

According to lawn supplier guidelines for paving lawn. Scratch glue, 10-40 minutes, the pavement along the interface with artificial turf, in order to ensure adequate bonding, 2-5hr later can place heavy compaction along the seams to avoid lawn with insufficient contact with the interface phenomena , 

causing the adhesive is not strong problem. About 3 days after the lawn can be use.

Dosage: slit width 30cm interface with, or clean, dense cement foundation, per meter amount of about 0.3-0.4kg.

Shelf life: Under normal conditions, the original packaging unopened can store at least 6 months. Transport and storage 

process, should pay attention to product antifreeze. Product can not be placed below 0°C.
