Cheap Small siliconn steel Transformer Lamination Cut To Length Line is specially designed for cutting silicon steel coils into lamination strips for transformer cores.It adopts swing shear cutting device which is similar to Georg swing shear cutting machine.,this machine is a very small machine, main body is only about 2.2m long, including centering, notching, punching and cutting,combining V-notching, hole-punching and mitre cutting together, high automation, high efficiency. Usually one 8-hour shift can cut 1 ton lamination strips.This transformer core cut to length machine adopts Delta PLC, touch screen (HMI), inverter, servo motor and drive, high precision, good after-sale service,special carbide alloy for cutting blade and notching blade and punching tools,Life can be more than 2,000,000 times before grinding and more than 20 times grinds.

1) Delta AC servo system plus Delta PLC professional module achieve high precision feeding, quick response, high precision positioning, low noise; Max. feeding speed 100m/min, starting & braking time is less than 10ms.
2) Full automatic finishing cutting, swinging angle, counting, cutting right angle, trapezoid, parallelogram, fish-head, etc.
3) Equipped with online punching & V notching device, high productivity
4) Cutting, punching and notching motors are inverter control, quick and low noise
5) Screw rod center positioning, driven by step motor, automatic positioning
6) Cutting blade, notching tool and punching tool are made by special ceramic alloy from Germany, long life, less burr
