Heat Penetration |
Through heating is a heating process which enable the internal temperature of heated part to be equal to the surface temperature approximately. |
Hot forging and hot rolling of fastner, hardware tool, automobile /motorcycle fittings, rigging, pipe fitting,twist drill. |
If diameter of work piece is bigger,frequency selected shall be lower, E.g.Through heating of bar stock. |
If the diameter of workpiece is bigger or the heating required is quicker, the power selected will be higher. diameter 16*40fastener:WZP-90 or WZP-120 |
Brazing |
Brazing is the process of joining two or more pieces of metal or cermic material with a molten filler metal such as silver, aluminium alloy or copper. Induction brazing is a new brazing technology,it is charactered by good woking condition, high production efficiency, safe operation, good joint appearance without acid cleaning and osidation removing. |

The diameter of parts i smaller,the frequency is higher; the diameter of parts is bigger, the frequency is lower. E.g. Below 20 lathe tool, frequency range from 50-100KHZ Above 20 lathe tool, frequency range from 10-50KHZ |
The heated area of base metal is bigger, the power is higher the heating cycling of the individual is faster, the power is higher. E.g. brazing of diamond circular saw blade: WZP-40 |

Heat treating is the controlled heating and cooling of a metal or alloy to change its crystal structure while maintaining its shape.and then the metal obtains different mechanical properties,E.g. Hardening ,annealing,normalizing and tempering |
Hardening and annealing of gear, arbor wheel, chain gear, guide rail of machine tool, hardware tools, copper wire, copper belt , stainless steel and
automobile/ motorcycle fittings. |
Frequency of hardening depends on the depth of quenching layer: the depth is deeper, the frequency is lower; the depth is shallower, the frequency is higher. 0.1-0.5mm, 150-700Khz 0.2-0.8mm, 100-250Khz 1.0-1.5mm, 40-50KHZ 1.5-2.0mm, 20-25Khz 2.0-3.0mm, 8-20 KHZ 3.0-5.0mm, 4-8Khz 5.0-8.0mm, 2.5-4Khz |
The hardening area is bigger , the power is higher; the hardening area is smaller, the power is lower, the hardening depth is shallower, the power is higher;
the hardening depth is deeper, the power is lower. E.g. Hardening of diameter 20 axis surface: WZP-60,WZP-90 |
