Main applications
Medium frequency induction melting furnace is used for melting steel, stainless steel,copper,aluminum ,gold and silver etc. other material.
Features of igbt induction melting furace
1. Yongda induction melting furnace has good electromagnetic stirring ,melting metal in favor of a uniform temperature and organizations ,in favor of scum and reduce inpurities.
2. Wide frequency range,from 1KHZ to 20KHZ,be considering the amount of melting,electromagnetic stirring,heating efficiency,noise at work and other factors to design induction coils and equipped with compensation capacitor ,determine the output frequency
3. Save at least above 20% energy than SCR medium frequency device.
4. Machines has small size,light weight,melting capacity is from a few kilograms to hundreds of kilograms,a large range to choose,both for factory use, can also used for schools and institutes, a small amount of melting.

Technial parameters of Yongda igbt induction melting furance
The maximum heating capacity of every melting furnace in the below table, for cold furnace, each furnace melting time is 50-60 minutes, for hot furnace, every furnace melting time is 20-30 minutes.
