1) The types of coating: PE and PVDF mainly.
2) Thickness paint layer: PVDF: more then 25 micron; PE, more then 18 micron.
3) Paint: PPG or Nippon.

5) Width: from 30mm-1600mm, thickness: 0.02mm to 1.5mm,

Measurement Deviation
The thickness tolerance for cans lid, rings of 3003, 3004, 3104, 5042, 5182 and 8011 etc is ±0.01, the thickness tolerance of the base materials for Aluminum-plastic composite panel(before coating) should be in line with the sheet below in YS/T431-2000.
The width and length tolerance for color coated aluminum sheet should be in line with the sheet below

Mechanical properties after coating
Color flexibility
The flexibility of the organic coating is assessed by
subjecting the material to a bend test.
The bend test may be carried out according to
ISO 1519. It may be carried out either in the
longitudinal or the transverse direction unless
otherwise specified.
As an alternative to the devices covered in
ISO 1519 the following method may be used to carry
out the bending
