Product Description

Prepainted aluminum (prepainted aluminum coil), which is produced with aluminum sheet or (aluminum coil) and processed by coating with color. In common sense, there are two kinds of prepainted aluminum coil-PVDF and PE, which are widly used in aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, shingles, scrap, pop-top, electronics. Compared with other section steel prepainted aluminum coil is the most popular material, because of its accelent property. Firstly property is very stable. Secondly surface is errossion resitant, after specail treatment warranty could up to 30 years. At last, density is the lowest among metal material when volume is fixed.

Color Flexibility

The flexibility of the organic coating is assessed by subjecting the material to a bend test.

The bend test may be carried out according to ISO 1519. It may be carried out either in the longitudinal or the transverse direction unless otherwise specified. As an alternative to the devices covered in ISO 1519 the following method may be used to carry out the bending.

Appliance

As per types of surface coating of paint, color coated aluminum coils can be divided into polyester (PE) coated aluminum coil, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating aluminum coil and Epoxy coated aluminum coil.
According to the thickness of the coating, it can be divided into single-coated aluminum coil (4-20 microns); double-coated aluminum coil (25 to 28 micron) and triply-coated aluminum coil (35-38 micron).
Color coated aluminum coil is widely used in the roofing and cladding system, ceiling system, curtain wall plate, shutter, gutter, composite panel, can, home appliances board and embossed aluminum coil.
