Crankshaft Grinding Machine used in automobile, tractor, diesel engine works and their repair shops to grind the journals and crank pins crankshafts,
and also including general cylindrical grinding. Wheelhead rapid approach & withdraw and worktable longitudinal travel are controlled by hydraulic system.
The machine have safe interlocking, when processing crank shaft, put option switch in “crank shaft” position, when wheelhead in grinding position,
the worktable only can manually operation but could not controlled by hydraulic system.when wheelhead in withdraw position, the worktable can controlled by hydraulic system.
when grind general cylindrical workpiece, hydraulic longitudinal travel speed and permit to adjust steplessly its speed.Workpiece, grinding wheel, hydraulic pump
and cooling pump is drived by separated motor.
