According to JB/T 3695 <Overhead Crane with Electric Hoist> designing and manufacturing
It is used with fixed hoists like CD1 or MD1 type. Widely used in machinery fabrication, metallurgical plant auxiliary workshop, storage, stock ground, and power station.
It is also can be used as regular double-girder overhead crane in Textile industry or food industry.
But it is forbided to use in inflammable, explosive or erosion environment.
Mechanical feature
Double main girder, welding box beam, camber accord with National Standard.
Crane travelling use trinity-drive system, or motor and speed reducer.
High quality autometic welding and NDT inspection,
Shot-blasting for complete girder after welding, stress release
It is made of carbon steel with high quality of Q235B or Q345B.
Main girder is bolted connection of 10.9 grade.
Electrification and outfitting
Conductor power supply;
All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.
The control panels are finished to withstand corrosion
The components are positioned in a maintenance friendly way, and the whole layout provides good protection against accidental contact
Crane travelling protection grade is IP54 or IP44, F grade insulation,
Long time working life.

Double main girder Operation Method
It has ground controler and cabin control
Cabin includes open cabin, close cabin. Open cabin also includes left open and right open.
The door's direction has end open, side open and top open. You can choose any one as your need.
