QC11Y hydraulic steel plate guillotine shear
All-steel welded structure with internal stress eliminated by integrated treatment(vibration aging,heating) and with very good rigidness and stability;
Adopts advanced integrated hydraulic system with good reliability;
Adopts three-point supported rolling guide to eliminate the bearing clearance and improve the shearing quality;
Power backgauge , manual fine tuning and digital display;
The gap between blades is adjusted with manual wheel quickly, accurately and conveniently;
Rectangular blades, the four cutting edges all can be used and have long service life; the shearing angle is adjustable in order to reduce distortion and deformation of the plate;
The upper rest adopts inward titling structure to facilitate cutting and increase the precision of workpiece;
With the function of segmental shearing;
With the function of lighting alignment;
Back carrier device (optional).
